CONTEXT:
The two encountered a sharpedo while underwater. Desmond's plan failed, Oliver's succeeded, but Oliver was hurt due to Desmond's mistakes. They retreated to an air-pocket, Desmond patched up Oliver's arm using a pain-split with himself to stop the bleeding and the cloth around his waist to wrap it up. Unable to sleep without holding something, Desmond takes of his coat and balls it up to his chest. The two begin arguing, this is where you begin.
Note: the dialogue was not said in canon, and is merely there to provide a little context.
